• Marketplace activity: vehicles you view or list, bids you place, items you add to your watchlist, and notifications you receive.
• Seller submissions (if you list vehicles): vehicle details, photos, and the general location (city and state) you provide.
• Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, and log data such as IP address and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

This version of the app does not collect or store payment card details.

• To create and manage your account and to authenticate you.
• To operate auctions — display listings, process bids, and determine winners.
• To send service-related notifications, such as outbid alerts and auction results.
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

• Within the marketplace: your display name may appear next to your bids or listings, and vehicles you post are visible to other users.
• Service providers: infrastructure and notification providers that host our servers or deliver messages on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons: when required by applicable law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the Service.

4 Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your Rights & Choices).

5 Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (argon2id), access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, or request a copy of the data we hold about you. To delete your account and its associated data, contact us at the email address below and we will process your request.

7 Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
